Shipping & Returns Policy

For orders under $300:

  • $10.00 with Signature on Delivery**

For orders $300 and above:

  • Free Shipping with Signature on Delivery

You may leave notes to give authority to leave on your order. We will put these on the delivery, however, this will void insurance should your order be lost or damaged. Most couriers including Australia Post will give you the option upon your delivery being booked to "manage your booking" so you can nominate alternate delivery options.

**Exception: Orders sent with Australia Post will not require a signature unless over $250. 


Receive Free Shipping on Resvantage® products. Applies when there is only Resvantage® products in the cart. Should other items be added to the cart, shipping is as per standard policy noted above.


We process all orders for shipping within 1 business day.

We utilise Australia Post or Courier services depending on the size of the order as well as your location.

PO Boxes and Parcel lockers are no issue for us.

Shipping will default based on order value in the cart.

You can leave us specific notes regarding delivery when you checkout but we cannot guarantee we will be able to list these on the shipping label due to space constraints.

When signature is required or the driver is unable to leave item unattended, Australia Post will deliver to nearest post office and if it is via courier, they will deliver to a collection point or require a re-delivery.

All orders are sent using standard delivery time. Delivery times will differ based on location, method and delivery provider.

We will notify you once your shipment has been sent and will include the Delivery provider and their provided tracking number.

Please ensure you check your tracking details in the first instance if you have concerns as to the location of your parcel. Please remember arrival times provided by Australia Post or the courier are estimates and we request waiting at least 3 business day passed the estimated arrival date before lodging an enquiry with either us. We regularly monitor tracking of all shipments sent and will raise enquiries with the provider automatically when there appears to be an issue with the delivery status. We will advise you when we do so.

In order to claim insurance for a lost item we need the courier to deem it lost. During times of Covid lockdowns this period increased to 10 business days. Remain patient during these circumstances as we will do everything we can to come up with a solution that allows you to receive your item as soon as possible.

We will accept return or exchange of goods where item(s) received are deemed to be faulty or damaged. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of goods via email for further instruction. Should items have been damaged in transit, the delivery must not have been noted with Authority to Leave as these may not be covered under shipping insurance.

If an item is to be returned it must be returned in its original, sealed package and must be unused unless otherwise advised by Animal Naturals (Aust.) Pty Ltd.

Note: The policy does not apply to the external appearance of the supplied Products, ie ripped label, as long as it in no way affects the life of the product.

We truly apologise if you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your shipment. Contact us immediately via email to either organise return of incorrect items or shipping of any missing item. We will cover all costs for the return or the shipment of correct item(s), however, please note if returning items, items must be returned in their original packaging, unless otherwise advised by Animal Naturals (Aust.) Pty Ltd.
